5 STAR Bed & breakfast in cornwall - BODMIN B&B accommodation
We offer a choice of either luxury farmhouse bed and breakfast or B&B in our luxury converted barn at Lanivet, near Bodmin in Cornwall.
All the bedrooms in both the farmhouse and the barn have been graded as 5* B&B accommodation and have en suite facilities, flat screen TVs, hospitality trays, fridges which are replenished daily with fresh milk and chilled water, hairdryers, radio/alarm clocks and full central heating. We have ample parking.
The elegant oak beamed sitting and dining room are yours to relax in, as well as our large conservatory which overlooks the garden and enjoys panoramic views of the surounding countryside. FARMHOUSE BED & BREAKFAST
Our character farmhouse is furnished to a high standard throughout with 3 double / twin ensuite bedrooms. Alyssum and Forget Me Not are in the farmhouse and Garden Room is a ground floor room adjoining the farmhouse.
All rooms are furnished to a very high standard and have been graded 5 star B&B accommodation by Quality in Tourism.

An upstairs bedroom in the farmhouse with a double and a single bed. This very versatile room can be used as either a double, twin or a family ensuite room. This room has a shower en suite.
Alyssum a bright airy room, enjoys views over the garden, fields and rolling countryside beyond.

A beautiful upstairs room in the farmhouse with a luxurious king size bed to relax in and shower en suite.
There is very good quality pine furniture and furnishings in this 5 star bedroom.

This very relaxing room enjoys views of the main garden and magnificent views of the surrounding countryside.
It is a ground floor annexe room off the farmhouse, with a luxurious 6ft superking size bed, which converts to twin beds if preferred, and has shower en suite.

LUXURY BARN BED & BREAKFAST
Our luxury converted barn offers two double / twin ensuite bedrooms. All the bedrooms are spacious and full of character, have 6ft superking size beds and a bath and shower ensuite.
The rooms are 5* Silver Award and the furniture and fittings are all to a high standard. Both rooms have the original granite fireplaces and exposed beams.

A very large spacious room full of charm and character, with a luxurious 6ft superkingsize bed, and spacious bath and shower en suite. This bed can convert to twin beds if preferred.

the bull pen
The Bull Pen is a very spacious ground floor room in the luxury barn conversion boasting a luxurious 6ft superking size bed, converting to twin beds if preferred, and a spacious ensuite with bath and shower.
This wonderful room enjoys views of the garden as well as the tree lined courtyard.
WiFi internet access is available in the Farmhouse
